When an applicant has the intention to use a national marketing authorisation for a product in Sweden for a subsequent mutual recognition procedure in one or several Concerned Member States, a request for Sweden to act as Reference member state (RMS) should be submitted.
The request for Sweden to act as Reference member state (RMS) in MRP should be made by filling in a request form, which can be found on the right hand side, under the heading Related information. The request form, including attachments, should be sent by email to sok.central@mpa.se. Please include the following text in the heading of the email: MRP RMS Request.
Please note that the MRP request is an official notice to the MPA to start the update of the assessment report for the concerned product. Therefore an invoice will be issued to the company upon receiving the request.
