Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products

10-11 December 2009 in Uppsala, Sweden.

Informal meeting of the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) that involves the participation of national experts and representatives from competent authorities from European Economic Area-EEA countries (EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

Its main mission is to assist the harmonisation of procedures and provisions concerning herbal medicinal products laid down in EU Member States, and further integrate herbal medicinal products in the European regulatory framework.
