Informal meeting of a group involving lawyers and regulatory experts from competent authorities from the EU Member States with a mandate of the Heads of Medicines Agencies (HMA), the European Economic Area (EEA) countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Switzerland.
The main goal of this meeting is to discuss relevant issues of Community pharmaceutical law, including new legal proposals, the Court of Justice of the European Communities' case law and national legal issues, in order to enhance and facilitate dialogue and cooperation between the persons who, in each state, deal with the implementation.
